Try It Out!-Mango and Banana Smoothie Pudding Recipe

Hey!

I recently started feeling pain towards the back of my mouth..so I went to the dentist and it looks like my wisdom teeth will be coming out soon. So I've been obsessed researching everything to do with wisdom teeth. I was really interested in what I could eat after the procedure. Here's a recipe I tried out so I have some yummy options when the time comes.

This recipe was really simple and easy. There was no way of not following it!

You'll need the following:
1 banana
1 mango
1/2 cup of coconut milk

What to do:

1) Peel banana and slice it up
2) Peel mango and chop it up
3) Place in a container or freezer bag. Freeze overnight.
4) Take your sliced up fruit and the half cup of coconut milk and blend until it is smooth.

The pudding ends up looking like this.

Here is the recipe I followed: Mango and Banana Smoothie Pudding Recipe
This is a great for hot days like today and the ones to come!

Just Keep Pedaling

So I have been wanting this bike for years (no joke) but did not purchase it because I did not want to be lugging it around every time we moved. The bike I'm talking about is the Citizen folding bike. I saw it on The View ; I think it was Father's Day gift ideas. I was like "I want that bike". So we (E & S) finally got our bikes on June 5th, a perfect early birthday present. :) :) Our birthday is June 10.

Unpacking
It has arrived! :)

Pedaling
I love that we can unfold our bikes in a matter of minutes. Less than two or even in one minute. It truly is easy. I don't have to buy a bike rack for the car. It fits in the backseat or in the trunk. Yesterday we biked along a canal on a multi-use pathway. I loved seeing people outside, enjoying themselves on bikes, walking, jogging, or/and running. There were couples, friends, families, and some cyclists training.

Cost
I would say that the total price is worth it. Honestly I wouldn't put a price on a bike. #Priceless! But let's talk numbers.... I got a lot of extras and upgraded the saddle bringing my total to a whopping $321.  Upgrades and options are extra plus the shipping fee (about $40). The base price for the (Miami) model we got is $199, there is a cheaper model (Tokyo) with 16" wheels instead of the 20" wheels.

Extras that I chose to get:
-Folding bike basket (I always wanted a bike with a basket)
-Water holder (comes with plastic water bottle)
-Carrying bag (perfect if/for traveling)
-Upgraded saddle (definitely comfortable)

This is my bike! Got my green! :P -S

Try It Out!-Strawberry Cream Cheese Mini Wraps Recipe

Hey everyone! Espy here...I had some leftover wonton wrappers from making some delicious pork/shrimp wontons, so I decided to look up some ideas on Pinterest on how to use the rest and found this mini wrap recipe. They are super easy to make!!

What you will need:
-Strawberry Jam
-Wonton Wrappers (12 Wraps)
-4 oz of cream cheese

What you need to do:

Pre-heat oven to 375
Bake for 15 mins or until crispy looking, edges light brown

As you can tell I went overboard with the jam, it's oozing out. Follow the recipe as I did not. (I tend to not follow recipes :/) Susy hates this!

Here's the recipe where it makes you make your own wraps

Try it out, but follow the directions for better results. ;)
