Labor Day!

Hello everyone Espy here. Just got back from jogging/speed walking/ or just plain out walking in downtown Mesa neighborhood. The plan was to work out at the Westwood track BUT the fire department beat us. They had their men running the track. So off we go to the quiet downtown neighborhood. We got some breezes that felt good when we jogged. It was actually perfect weather for the exercise we did. We tried to do 30 mins but we ended up working out 22 mins. Not so bad since the other times I believe we worked out less, like 15 mins...we never can keep track of time...I did though this time.
Espy's Plans for the day:
     +Wear a dress...(I washed all my dresses yesterday)
     +Buy something for my ebay/internship
     +Have to add this in since I did not do it HOMEWORK
     +Wash some more stuff!

Yup, I saw the fire truck and knew that they were training/exercising!I told Espy that I should be a firefighter and train with them. :P I agree the wind was perfect which made the morning jog more fun and enjoyable. The wind was like a wall that you had to push through. No pain, no gain.
